How I Lost 30 Pounds – Lose 30 Pounds Easily!

If you want to know how to lose 30 pounds, you are obviously looking to lose a bit more weight than those who are trying to lose 5 or 10 pounds in a week just to fit into some article of clothing or look good for an event. The good news is it’s not too hard to lose 30 pounds. I did it a number of years ago and you can too if you follow these simple steps. First, I didn’t spend a lot of money to join a fancy gym and I didn’t go on a cabbage soup or grapefruit diet or something silly like that. What you need to do is basically change your eating habits and your lifestyle. I also did not start keeping a log of calories and fat grams, nor did I carry how to get a six pack fast a scale around with me to weigh my food. (Some people do this!)If you are a sedentary person it’s important to do some kind of exercise on a daily basis. It doesn’t have to be something hard or painful, it can be something as simple as walking a certain amount of time or miles per day. Actually that’s what I did and it worked great. I walked for about 45 minutes a day, and I’m not sure how far it was because I went by time and not miles. So every day I made a point to go outside and do my 45-minute walk. Next, I added a bit of strength training. Again, this was not anything painful or difficult and it only took about 15 minutes about 3 days a week.
